This tutorial explains how to create a custom report in Workday for Bindbee.
The process assumes that an integration system user has been created, a security group established, and domain security policies added to the security group.
Creating a Custom Report
Step 1: Search for Create custom report.
Step 2: On the Create Custom Report page, enter the Report Name.
Step 3: From the Report Type drop-down menu, select Advanced.
Step 4: Enable the Enable As Web Service option.
Step 5: Add your Data Source that contains the object whose data you want in the report (in this case, Worker).
Step 6: Include the fields intended for synchronization.
Adding an Authorized User to the Report
Step 1: Go to the Share tab of the custom report.
Step 2: Add the previously created integration system user in the Authorized Users field.
Finalizing Custom Report Configuration
Step 1: In the report, navigate to Actions β Web Service β View URLs.
Step 2: Copy the URL in the JSON section and share it with Bindbee.
